Dealing with lemon law is never fun. They made the process as easy as possible. They communicated what was needed, asked for clarification or gave it depending on what was needed. Once I gave them all the documents, they gave us a step by step of what to expect and they gave a reminder of upcoming events just in case it was needed to make sure nothing was missed. When we had questions, they got back to us quickly. Sometimes as quick as 5 minutes and other times it was the next day.

Disappointed with how my case turned out. Warning to those considering this firm, signing doesn’t mean they will keep your case. Before I signed the retainer with them, I presented the situation and provided all the requested documents. They also answered a lot of my questions and concerns. It was a case they were willing to take on; I felt confident with them. However, all the firm simply did was submit a repurchase request letter to the manufacturer. Once the manufacturer declined, they no longer wanted to take on my case. The facts and conditions that I presented to them before did not change. After signing, I followed their instructions such as taking the car for service to troubleshoot the issue and provided them all the requested documents. I think this firm only wants to take easy cases and immediately dropped my case after the manufacturer declined the request letter. Keep in mind that the request letter is the first step for any lemon law claim, essentially the bare minimum. They didn’t make any true efforts to push my case forward.
