My mother and elderly senior initially acquired this attorney to deal with property matter. There is also no statue of limitations since the offending party continues to offend now on a daily basis (6-7 times over). A industrial sized trash container now sits in from of the area in question for 2 months. This practice has allowed the opposing party to offend on a daily basis (and in plain sight). There was not real push back. Communication from this legal practice was especially poor, with excessive billing, for an unclear, scattered and failed legal defense (incompetence). There were also excessive delays (months) that benefitted the opposing guilty party, leaving us wonder who is this practice that we retained representing? At one point the lead attorney simple vanished not answering phone calls. Dates for legal proceeding came and went, and no word from this practive. People have asked us "do you have an attorney. If so where are they." In fact the multiple delays of this practice benefitted the opposing party, whom they had been in contact with, leaving us wondering "who are they representing." The opposing party however are wealthy people with the equivalent of a business type backing (trust) ,and we are just average citizens. My mother is literally sick over this entire situation. She blames herself for getting this law group (and wasting thousands and thousands of dollar, and not receiving any competent legal representation). My mother is currently suffering unnecessarily in what should be her golden years for getting this practice. However, at the end this practice got our money, for services not rendered and could care less.

The attorney Dan was helpful when I could talk with him, and the receptionist Hysman very helpful. But as for Rose who keeps sending me invoices that have been paid and will not return my calls and never has, all these issues would have been taken care of long ago. And the invoices always have a charge if you pay by credit card I missed that on a couple of invoices so yes I should have a credit, because I always zelled the money to Dan.
