I had a very disappointing experience with this law firm. Throughout my case, I felt that both the attorney and the paralegal prioritized billing over providing effective legal representation. There were avoidable mistakes, including subpoenas being sent to incorrect addresses and four separate “good faith” letters being issued, which unnecessarily increased costs.

I was also advised to report my income in a way that did not accurately reflect my annual earnings, as my seasonal time off was not properly considered. Rather than aggressively advocating for my interests, I felt the focus was on delaying the process. Despite having evidence that the opposing party had significantly underreported income and made false statements, there appeared to be little effort to pursue those issues or hold them accountable.

The case took nearly two years before reaching a court date, which was frustrating and costly. Based on my experience, I did not feel that my interests were effectively represented, and I cannot recommend this firm to others seeking diligent and proactive legal counsel.
