				The receptionist (sounded like an older woman) was VERY rude on the phone. She kind of answered my question, and then I said “thank you so much.”  She responded with “uh huh” and then hung up on me. No you’re welcome, no have a good day, no bye.

				I'm not happy with this law firms services at all. Recently I hired them to prepare a simple document to start the process of transferring mineral rights from my parents estate into my name. Endless emails and phone calls with their paralegal (Teila Peralez) resulted in barely legible, poorly prepared documents they charged $400 an hour for. Teila stated that the documents would be finished in a week but it took more than a month. So, if you need something done in an expedient efficiant manor do not use this firm. Instead of writing me an email asking me for the ALL the documents they would need to prove who I was, and that I have the authority to handle this legal situation.  They wrote an email for each individual requested document rather than one email driving up the legal cost and the time it takes to receive the filed document back. I wouldn't recommend this firm at all as they will soak you for money and drag out the time it takes to handle your legal issue.
