I used this firm for estate planning and was very disappointed in the communication and length of the process. Several times I received no response to emails or voicemails for a month and had to track down the paralegal to keep the process moving. If billing $500+ per hour, your services and communication should be significantly better than what I received.

I retained Peter Vilmos at this firm to represent me in a dispute with my landlord. After spending over $10,000, I was no closer to a resolution. Despite having a clear contract law issue, he repeatedly advised me to “come to an agreement” rather than pursue the matter in court.

Ultimately, I decided to hire a different attorney, J. Marc Jones, who quickly filed for summary judgment — which we won. The landlord appealed, and we prevailed again in appellate court, where I was awarded five years’ worth of legal fees related to the matter.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Peter Vilmos if you are looking for an attorney who will truly listen, advocate for you, and fight for your legal rights.

This is a review of a partner of the firm by the name of Saul Goodman. Sorry an honest mistake. Samuel Morris. I happen to have bi-polar a fact that Saul I mean Morris had knowledge of. He represented a bank in a serious data breach lasting over 20 months including my sons and my SSns, FbI report which was a fraudulent production of a visa facilitator in Ecuador. The data was recorded and shared by the bank and used to deny disputes and our credit profile was flagged as derogatory. His client was looking at tens or hundreds of millions of dollars in fines as my son was not a client of the bank nor was another person whos data also was stored. This client was so stupid that we suspected they had not removed the data as promised so we requested the data from the dispute 2 other times a year and a half later. They sent the same data recopied onto the banks letterhead. Now the only way for Saul I mean Morris to avoid these huge fines was to enforce an arbitration clause which did not apply to my son as he never was a customer. Goodman I mean Morris presented a sworn statement from Wantuch who is a VP of data management for this bank. In this statement he removed the first page of each statement and then swore to the fact that my son was an authorized user and had a card. DUMB CROOK! My son was living in Ecuador when they stated he received this card via USPS. These idiots and I include Morris in this, did not even check to verify this. To make matters worse the card issuer has a division headquarters in Ecuador! This statement was challenged in court and we requested discovery and stated the facts. Wantuch lied and committed perjury in an attempt to enforce an arbitration clause on a person who was not one. Two days later we disputed the account with TransUnion. Twelve days later the bank without notice to us or the court entirely removed the account which is concealment and fraud on the court. Morris had to know this and said nothing. He continued to address the statement as true until now. We made demand for him to come forward with the truth. He refused and now he will fact litigation from us and complaints against his license. There are also several very fishy rulings from the judge all favoring Morris. Several rulings were not mailed to us. The judge ignored all of our motions or just simply denied them. So if you need a lawyer and the truth will not work, Better Call Saul!
