Eugene is simply the best federal defence attorney in the DMV area!
A few years ago I was federally indicted on a fraud and money laundering conspiracy. I had initially hired what I thought at the time was the best federal defence lawyer in the area but the best he could do was negotiate a 9year deal with the AUSA. It quickly became clear that i needed a powerhouse defence attorney and my family decided to retain Eugene. Eugene was very thorough and determined to get me the best possible outcome. He challenged the government, and won, on key facts completely derailing their case. As a result of his work i received a very favourable outcome and I’m able to move on with my life a year after he took over my case.
