I rate this attorney on my son's behalf, whom he represented (I use that word loosely), and I am giving a star only because I can't give a fraction. Long story short, a judgement was made in my son's favor and was subsequently appealed. I can't tell you how many messages have been left by my son over the last few years as well as by myself only to be ignored. If I were my son I would take him to court for abandoning his client and not even being professional enough to return a call. It may have been less than $2000, but to a teenager that's a lot of money. If I were Mr. Burlein I'd be so embarrassed by my lack of professionalism I'd give the kid the money from my own pocket. If you're considering this attorney think long and hard. He doesn't communicate.
