Stephanie helped me through my divorce. She was upfront and hard working. Guided me through every step. Came through it with better results than expected.

My finance (who is very fair) wanted to create a prenup that honored my contributions and both feel secure. This woman sent home the most offensive prenuptial agreement, that would've had me wave my rights to spousal support or any sort of help in the event of a divorce. Instead of helping us design a prenup that reflected our values, she was only interested in creating something that was an ironclad for him, and would had left me destitute with our child.

Stefanie Burke is a terrific lawyer--professional, smart, kind, responsive, timely, efficient and effective. The outcome of my case was far better than I had hoped for (and advised by other lawyers) and her fees were reasonable--less costly by far than other lawyers I have used. She is the best.

This women is the worst most unethical attorney in the state. I have already had to report her to Oregon State Bar and will be doing so again. She will lie and manipulate everything to get what she wants not what you want. She will push you to ruin the lives of your children and other parent. She doesn’t have kids of her own, which is probably why she doesn’t care about yours . Something has her all twisted up causing her to act like this, or she is simply, just a horrible human being and cares only about your money, prolonging cases however she can!

When I get my son back and this is all over, know that it won’t be over for you! You will not wash your hands and move on like this was just another case. Oh no, I will not let this go! I swear as god as my witness I won’t stop until you are disbarred or reprimanded for what you have done to my son and I ! Stupid birtch!
