After our accident in July of 2023, I called the 4's. First thing the lady that answered asked, "Were you hit by a 18 wheeler?" I told her no. Then she asked, "By a commerical vehicle?" I said no. Her voice then changed to a very low key like not interested. I then hunged up. All they were interested in was the big bucks.
I was then referred to the Burch Law Firm by my daughter. We were assigned to Travis Steel. What a difference. Night to Day. He and his staff were very supportive and never asked if we were hit by a commerical vehicle. We were hurt (my wife a lot more than me) and right away instructed us as what they and we needed to do.
