*Edit to give you 2 stars because you’re right, you did provide us documents and you did return the retainer but only after months of calling, emailing and leaving voicemails with no response resulting in reporting you to the Indiana State Bar Association to get anything done. As you know, I was also the one to suggest how to successfully resolve the issue with the check getting lost in the mail by suggesting you cancel the old check and write a new one, otherwise you seemed to not have any other solutions to the problem and even seemed bothered that it would cost a few dollars to have to do so. $900 is a lot of money to an average income family like mine. It would be appropriate for you to have more efficient communication with your clients.

We have not received the remaining balance of our retainer, despite calling their office multiple times and writing emails for the past 4 months. We could really use that $900 back.

Highly recommend Laurie!
I have a son with Down Syndrome. From baby years up to his current teen years, he warms up to women on his terms and his decided time-frame. It's not something I encourage or approve of, just facts. I can't thank her staff enough for being so helpful and genuinely friendly, and Laurie for her ability to connect with my son. Impressed, is an understatement.
