I asked Brian Barnes (and Maria Blue!) to help me with my divorce. If there is such a thing as a garden variety divorce, mine was about on the level of Himalayan blackberry removal, it was that scary and difficult for me. Divorce attorneys have to manage a lot of moving pieces and tricky situations with as much efficiency and steadiness as possible, and Brian did all this with a large dose of humanity and good humor that should be a job requirement for all divorce attorneys.
