I do not recommend. Reached out for assistance, was called 20 minutes after scheduled appointment time. From the start it was clear Donna did not want to take on my inquiry, she immediately told me she doesn’t do these cases and asked me to send her paperwork. Sent the paperwork to her and she told me that the papers state someone else is my attorney (It does not say that) I asked her where does she see that information and she dismissed me and said I’m welcome to get a 2nd opinion. Appears they are less about family law and more towards divorces.

Donna helped me through a very difficult and long divorce. Donna has excellent communication and always had my best interest at hand. Yes they are frauds and scammers and i do not recommend this firm nor this lawyer DJ Bucholz,,if you divorce with this law firm they will never contact the you to let you know that you are getting divorced, NO EMAILS NOR SUMMONDS they let there my EX HUSBAND FORGED MY INITIALS and MY SIGNATURE on the divorce papers,, be aware they are scammers,, ive been divorced since Oct 2020 and i just found out in DEC 2021 When i called and paid an outside lawyer and yes i in fact was divorced my Ex gave me a piece of blank paper with no stamp or our signitures as if its been finalized,,, i was divorced with out even signing anything or receiving any kind of cert. paperwork NONE what so ever i didnt recieve a summon or any paperwork in regards of my divorce, My Ex husband and this lawyer Donna Buchholz are scammers,,
they divorced me put me as Disable in the divorce papers i am NOT DISABLE i can walk talk and sign,,, i tried numerous times to contact this lady, email her numerous times with zero response and she never got back to me,.....BE AWARE! till this day i haven't received any kind of Documents,
in regards of the divorce.

DUE TO THIS FRAUDULENT DIVORCE, NOT ONLY I LOST MY HOUSE SHE DID NOT ADVICE MY EX HUSBAND ABOUT MY 50% OF THE RETIREMENT NO QDRO, SO I DONT GET MY EX HUSBAND RETIRMENT AS WELL,, I DEF DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LADY IS A FRAUD....NO GOOD
