The law offices of Buchalter and Pelphrey came recommended to me from a friend, who is a retired attorney. I can’t say enough about the excellent level of service and professionalism that they have exhibited. In particular Ms. Lauren Buchalter, who feverishly represented us as counsel versus our mortgage company who was aggressively and possibly unethically trying to foreclose on our home.
Ms. Buchalter and her team provided outstanding service and constant communication with us and managed to quite successfully safeguard us from further proceedings and stop the process, and negotiated with the bank to reinstate us.
I am sure that their law offices cover a wide array of legal services, and I without a doubt am positive that they are more than capable of providing outstanding service. I put this firm on retainer and initially consulted with Robert Pelphrey. Robert set up a payment plan with us and then silence (except for the monthly invoices). Then they sent a letter and cut ties with us. Very disappointing experience in a time when we needed their support and guidance.

Update: regarding the response below, I forgot to mention, when I did try to reach our attorney, we were routed to June and I left a message. She called me the next day twice and the second time she left a message and said you’ve been trying to reach me ALL day and she was just going to give my file back to Kelly because she couldn’t reach me. Well, I was working… Very unprofessional.
