Gave horrible and wrong advice. You told me that the parenting plan was was completely separate from paying Child support, even though we filed for fifty fifty. Also forgot to edit in the parenting plan that we need to take turns, claiming our child on taxes. They basically rolled over on everything........ they told me to accept whatever I can get, which is absurd, after I moved and in left my business and house to be with my child. And they still made me do temporary parental visits. Also, apparently my son's mother filed documents to keep him away. please look for another attorney and don't waste your money in time like I did. By the way, it is documented that my mother tried to kill herself. While watching our son and they still did not bring that up at all. They just want to make money, and they do not follow through with what they say.
