Mr. Brunstom wrote my parent's trust. My mother died in November of 2024. My attorney in Kansas City recommended I call Mr. Brunstrom since he wrote their trust to get some basic guidance such as could I be on the property, be in my mother's house etc. I probably left 5-7 messages and he never once returned my phone call, not even to give his condolences. He did communicate with the executor of the estate and I was told he would keep me informed. To this day I have never heard from Mr. Brunstom and I am an heir to my parents' estate. Mr. Brunstrom put their estate into probate and withdrew. In the documents he stated he was the best person to represent them since he knew their wishes. I wish him all the best and forgive him but I will not forget this. If I could award a 0 I would and that is just because there was never any common courtesy.

He was hired to managed my parent's estate. When they died, he let the executor move into the house and give away all of the belongings. When we siblings panicked over this and reached out to him, he refused to talk to any of us. That was 5 years ago. To this day, none of the us have ever seen any accounting and we have no clue where any proceeds might be. Brunstrom is a criminal at worst, and completely incompetent at best.
