I hired Bruce Hoffman to create an LLC for my company and then about a year later hired him again to make an amendment to that same LLC. It was not until several years later I discovered that he grossly overcharged me for the work that he did but never properly filed the paperwork with the state to make the make the needed changes to the LLC. I would not recommend his work!!!
