Be aware of this double edge tongue attorney he works off from his trunk of his car with his file of his clients and uses rental office on 6203 San Ignacio Ave. Suite 110 in San Jose California, who is sweet talk to you saying that he is a devoted grandpa but still help people as an attorney but the truth is he likes taking the retainer fees by asking you to send him Zelle of $100 retainer and taking your file then asking you to pay him the rest of the money but there's no agreement he will write up for you or give you a written receipt or he does not have a home address only gives you his PO Box address you cannot file a small claim against him because you don't know his home address. All you have is a rent office space where he does business and comes in in a car that have your files in his trunk.

Excellent Attorney who really cares about his clients

I sent Brucie's office a message to contact me in order to determine if his office had the ability to help me in a simple but not often addressed issue. He sent me an email that stated:
"I will be happy to give you a consultation. Please call my office at (408)224-400 to schedule one. We charge $100.00 (cash, check or Zelle for this consultation. Thank you."
My reply:
"$100 for a simple question to find out if you even have the ability to assist me is ridiculous. I'll be sure not to contact you again."
I finally found a specialist (in So. CA) who was able to assist.

Mr. Zuchowski was a kind and courteous person as my mother and I arrived (my mother wanted someone qualified to read a legal statement and explain it to her) and she came back and said he was "very nice.. he told me everything I needed to know. [Mr. Zuchowski] led me through the document and now I know [what to do with the document]."

The receptionist at the front desk is so rude! She belittles you, has no empathy and laughs out loud at you when you try to explain your situations. Clearly not the right person to be client facing as she has no regard for anyone or their situation. She actually cackled three times while we were on the phone. Apparently, they are doing so well, they don't need to help me fight a 20K contract dispute appeal (I won), help me set up my trust or solve any of my legal issues. If he is wondering why his business is not as successful as it could be, might want to look at the person who sets up his meetings.
