If you are older,as we are, and want to meet your attorney in person; this company only does virtual meetings. We wanted to meet in person, so we could see if, our children, who will be handling our estate, would be comfortable with this attorney. We were told by an assistant they don't do that. We filled out a 5 page engagement worksheet of what we wanted; didn't hear anything for a month, and then via email got a product that was overly complicated ; and had things we in it, we had no need for. We were told if we didn't accept it; we would be charged for it anyway; plus more to rework it to get what we wanted. Apparently their webmail doesn't work well. I sent an email on May 19th; and I got an automated response the attorney was out of the office from April 18th to April 20th. Also I immediatley sent an email in response to a $2000 demand email; to find out what payment methods they take. Did not hear back. Not sure the attorney ever got the email.. Had to call an assistant telling her this, and AGAIN asking how to pay. We ended up paying $2900 at the end, $1100 of it, was charged by someone name Jenna..who we have no idea who she was. The whole process we spoke to an attorney once; after that, over 3 months the rest was just a few emails.We were referred to this company/attorney by our EJ investment advisor(who we trust); so in the end, it was our fault for not researching this attorney/company. Live and learn!! Better to stick with a family oriented small law office.
