Being 100% transparent with my experience with Brown Legal. It was a lengthy process for us, we started our process in 2018. Brown Legal was small back then compare to now. Everything was going smooth until Covid hit, that's when everything slowed down. We had 3 different legal assistants, again it took 8 years to finalize our case. Our first legal assistant, Maritza, that started our case she was great, great experience with her zero complaints but unfortunately she doesn't work in the firm anymore. The second one, well let's just say she's the reason I am giving a 4 start review. One of the past reviews mentions her name. Because of her, our case took a stall for an extra year. Thank you to the universe and Mr. Brown she doesn't work there anymore. Our third legal assistant, Maria Feria, highly highly recommend her. She did such an amazing job in prepping us for our interview in Ciudad Juarez. Everything she prepared for us to take over to Ciudad Juárez was exactly what was asked. She helped us schedule our appointments, pay for my husband's residence card. As well I would like to give credit to Karina. She is great as well, really helpful.
