Mr. Gary Fishbein represented me later in my high conflict divorce case. Elise Greenberg and Emily Lown were also a huge contributing factor when working with this firm and where they truly do work on a team basis style in which I could never leave any one of them out. What I can tell you about this firm and those three attorneys in particular is that they are committed to you and your case. They are straight shooters and will not tell you what you want to hear but rather tell you the facts which is really what’s in the best Interest for you and your case, in which that’s what anyone and everyone should honestly be looking for! I will forever be extremely thankful to Mr. Fishbein for number 1, taking on my case as he did, and Number 2; bringing facts to the court and the reality of things that weren’t presented prior!! Where of course, Elise and Emily were there as well the entire time doing everything that they could as well!!!! Mr. Fishbein is a standup professional as well as the rest of his team and where you won’t go wrong hiring Mr. Fishbein! To date, Mr. Fishbeins name still comes up often in our house and that’s due to all of us knowing the positive changes that he made for me and my son- trust me, he’s worth it!

Horrible experience and representation with this law firm in my divorce , the attorney Gary Fishbein lost his train of thought when arguing my case in the court room, and the judge had to remind him what was going on in the middle of our arguments - then he had a disagreement with the judge about his unpreparedness and failure to submit a document that would have allowed him to submit valuable evidence in my case. *His firm is never available for over the phone conversations, every time I called they were “busy” or came up with any and every excuse in the book to not come to the phone . Never once did I get favorable outcomes from this attorney and it’s because of his unprofessional tactics and unpreparedness. I do not ever recommend hiring this firm, and especially Gary Fishbein . Throughout the entire case he tried to belittle me and yell at me for not agreeing with his outlook . I am still unable to see my children REGULARLY because of his unpreparedness in the court room. I will be glad to show you all transcripts showing how he forgets things in the middle of arguments in the courtroom . I URGE YOU TO LOOK ELSEWHERE, as they are extremely rude and unprofessional and will not give your case the attention it deserves .
