**beware, do not lose $475 on a Consultation like me** This is all alleged and my opinion of this firm, as now he is attempting to bully me to take my review down. Not happening, weirdo. If you want to be scammed out of $475 in 45 minutes for someone who takes advantage of vulnerable women who say they'd like to discuss with their partner and family to retain services first, come here for what you thought was going to be a consultation. After the 45 minutes of him doing a God complex weird religious lecture where he schoffed at someone owning pitbulls, I wanted to leave and think further if I even wanted to retain someone who states inventoried items during a guardianship can just "grow legs and walk away". Just really weird interaction all together but I figured "hey, I'll retain services and see if my father's items are even there still or if it'd be worth it once the case was opened" or after discussing with family I would walk away, no harm no foul. So when pressed when trying to leave his office to get to an appointment, rushing out crying and visually distraught from the interaction, they said it'll be $475 and I assumed that was retaining. I got a letter saying you haven't retained us just for your records, this office is nothing but taking advantage of people in terrible situations already and scamming $500 a consult. Just sad, I would never recommend. ***Edited to say, there's no need to contact privately, I tried to ask what could be done regarding this prior to any public forums. I tried to come to an agreement prior to this review as to why I felt scammed via email. This firm did nothing but make me uncomfortable and pressed against the wall to pay $475 to get out of an office of a lawyer I did not want to retain. If I was told a 45 minute waste of time consultation would be nearly $500, without being able to consult any of my family outside of my discussion with just him, I wouldn't of walked through the door. *Beware* of his consultations.
