I read the negative reviews and cannot say nothing because I was not there, I did use David about four years ago and he was awesome……, My building was trying to remove me from a rent stabilized apartment and between myself doing what I had to do and David being the professional we won hands-down.
I personally would use David again and M, my next phone call is to David and after reading his reviews, I made it a point to leave one for myself
