I personally would not recommend this attorney, especially for minor guardianship cases. Granted mine was a complicated one, and the attorney charges hourly, I would have appreciated a heads up about the costs I was incurring into, since they SIGNIFICANTLY exceeded what I anticipated. A monthly statement instead of a big surprise after 9 months for instance would have been courteous. Certainly, a weekly phone conference instead of multiple daily emails would have reduced billing charges and I wish they discussed this with me, especially since the attorney was well aware of my financial situation. I'm not bringing up details about my case because of confidentiality and because it would be pointless now, however, I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the way it was handled and I ultimately had to seek counsel elsewhere. Granted it is not mandatory, I haven't even received a receipt of my last payment. Would not recommend.
