				Save your self the time , frustration and money. When we first spoke with Mr Britt he was friendly, responsive to calls and emails . We have a very simple probate case that needs to handled ( still needs to be handled and we are 8 months in and nothing has been filed with the county ,we should be at the end of this process ) however once payment was made , Mr Britt became non existent. He does not answer emails , text or calls . Numerous phone calls have been made , and I’ve kept call logs , text logs etc . My husband and I have contacted the Alabama Bar association and have filed a formal complaint.

				Hired him to handle my bankruptcy, all would be good until trustee almost tripled my payment and once I finally got to speak with him, he didn't even know. I have been trying to reach him for over 4 months I have called text emailed, called the trustee who says talk to your attorney, I am not legally supposed to contact the judge and I definitely can't afford to hire another attorney. Help 🙏. I have had my car paid off for 2 months and nobody knows where the title is, "contact your attorney" okay he doesn't respond, NOW WHAT?

				I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this attorney. After paying for legal services, I received little to no communication and no meaningful work was done on my case. Multiple attempts to follow up went unanswered, leaving me completely in the dark about the status of my situation.

When you hire an attorney, you expect professionalism, transparency, and at the very least, communication. Unfortunately, none of those expectations were met. It felt like once payment was made, my case was no longer a priority.

I would strongly caution others to thoroughly research and consider other options before hiring this attorney. My experience was frustrating, stressful, and ultimately a waste of both time and money. I will be filing a complaint with the State Bar.

				At first seemed to be nice and helpful, but he was not truthful about his fees.  He stopped communicating with me before case even went to judge.   Then he did not advocate for me or my financial responsibilities which added another almost 10,000.00 to the amount I have to pay back.   Very deceptive.   Do not use him.  He will take advantage of you when you need help the most.  I paid him 4500.00 and he can't even respond to my email I sent with questions about my case.

				I hired Mr. Britt to handle a legal situation with my two boys. Mr. Britt got both cases thrown out of court and saved me a couple of thousand dollars versus others I quoted. I will always feel indebted and I appreciate Mr. Britt going above and beyond to help my family!
