I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this attorney. After paying for legal services, I received little to no communication and no meaningful work was done on my case. Multiple attempts to follow up went unanswered, leaving me completely in the dark about the status of my situation.
When you hire an attorney, you expect professionalism, transparency, and at the very least, communication. Unfortunately, none of those expectations were met. It felt like once payment was made, my case was no longer a priority.
I would strongly caution others to thoroughly research and consider other options before hiring this attorney. My experience was frustrating, stressful, and ultimately a waste of both time and money. I will be filing a complaint with the State Bar.

At first seemed to be nice and helpful, but he was not truthful about his fees. He stopped communicating with me before case even went to judge. Then he did not advocate for me or my financial responsibilities which added another almost 10,000.00 to the amount I have to pay back. Very deceptive. Do not use him. He will take advantage of you when you need help the most. I paid him 4500.00 and he can't even respond to my email I sent with questions about my case.

I hired Mr. Britt to handle a legal situation with my two boys. Mr. Britt got both cases thrown out of court and saved me a couple of thousand dollars versus others I quoted. I will always feel indebted and I appreciate Mr. Britt going above and beyond to help my family!

Please take my advice this attorney is a crook he will take your money and then play the hiding game he won't do what he is supposed to do I am in process of contacting state attorney office and the bar association to see if we can get some legal relief from Mr Britt who took our money paid in full and ran with it it's been around 9 months now and all he had to do was make a trust for us.I wish I could rate it as a 0 or a grade of "F" I have never seen a attorney this bad.

Unfortunately I have to give one star to write a review. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT use Mr. Britt for any legal work. I first meet with him on March 19, 2025. He is a great seller and talks a good game, but that's all. His work ethic is very poor. He has no clue what he is doing. He requested some money up front and has not done anything in four months. He will not answer his phone. He has limited response to text messages or emails. Would not recommend him for any legal work.. What a costly experience this is/was. I can see he took my money and ran. Again DO NOT contact him for any legal work. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the State Bar Association, but they are attorneys also. So we will see what happens.
