Choose them for our closing when we purchased our home. Only used them for convenience since they had previously completed the deed research for the sellers. Despite paying them a fee, it was clear that the seller's interest was their priority. Through the process the attorney stopped numerous times to provide legal advice to the seller. At one point, the attorney showed the seller our private amortization schedule! I found them to be highly unethical and unprofessional. Please use a different law firm.
