Brina Ciaramella, Esq.

Brina and her team are truly in a league of their own. Beyond being an exceptionally skilled real estate attorney and broker, her and her team are the most genuine, caring people you will ever meet. My husband and I first turned to Brina after a horrific experience attempting to sell our co-op. Our original attorney and real estate agent for the deal had dragged the transaction out for 6 months, leaving us completely stuck and unsure of what to do. We decided to seek new counsel, and the moment Brina stepped in, everything changed. She took control of the situation and got our deal to the closing table in just two short weeks. After seeing her dedication and efficiency firsthand, there was no question about who we wanted in our corner when it came time to buy our house. Working with Brina is the best decision you can make, and we cannot recommend her highly enough! Her guidance, patience, and tireless effort, especially through every unexpected delay, tight deadline, and legal hurdle, kept us grounded and confident every step of the way. She was always advocating for our best interests, answering our endless questions, and handling every bump in the road with such professionalism and grace. We couldn't have done this without her, and we are so grateful for her dedication and support in helping us secure our new home!

Brina was the Best lawyer we have worked with in the last 40 years! This was our 3rd property and Brina was attentive, answering every question night and day. She Advocated for us and was extremely organized. The closing went smoothly with no unexpected issues. We highly recommend her!!!
