I recently had an excellent experience with Kaley Duncan Ward of Briglia Hundley. She prepared my will and trust documents including POA, advanced medical directive, and associated documents. Kaley was extremely responsive and professional. At the outset, she explained two different sets of documents I could have her prepare, with a slightly different fee structure for each.

She was amenable to meeting over Zoom or in person to discuss my questions related to the documents. Her explanations were clear and helped me in deciding on specific language in my will and advanced medical directive in particular. The charge/fee for the entire package was fair. There were no added fees or surprises. The cost was exactly as she stated at the outset. I highly recommend Kaley for trusts and wills.
