Law cases are tough for everyone, but especially for those of us who are outside the legal realm, and may not have the requisite knowledge, nor the demeanor, to naturally understand, let alone prevail in, matters of law. Plus, you are likely not at your best, but rather: in dire straits of one form or another... And thus, it is very important to find a law firm who not only applies the necessary experience, knowhow, and expertise - but does so in a way that also provides trust, hope, confidence, and resolve. You really are putting your everything into them, at a very difficult time. It's like going into surgery, except you're not "out". You're painfully awake, and just praying the Dr. is doing a good job. If there was ever a firm who pulls this off w/ aplomb, it's gotta be this one. It's not learned; it's intrinsic. Among the entire staff. Seems to be the office culture. And thus, it unfolds naturally, effectively, patiently. They are not the calm before the storm. They are the calm IN the storm. And this not only is comforting, it allows for a much more productive synergy... The confidence they instill stems from the astute application of immense knowledge, juxtaposed against a wealth of experience, all maneuvered in a way that's perfectly tailored to the situation. But most importantly: conveyed in a calm, but inspiring, manner - that makes you take note - no matter who you are. "Speak softly, but carry a big stick" was never more true. To the client, to the defendant, to the other attorney. Works every time... I know it helps when you have truth on your side (and I feel that is the usual realm they secure themselves in), but still: it is hugely reassuring to see the most powerful person in the room is not the loud, gesturing, bloviating one, but the calm, cunning, cleverly processing one. Nothing like getting traction by outmaneuvering. I'm glad we settled, but to be honest: a part of me would have liked to see them flex their full muscles on the actual racetrack. I don't think it would've been too pretty for the opposing side... Still, I'm forever thankful I was introduced to them, and that they were able to put this fiasco behind me. I actually became friends w/ Mr. Artinian, and look forward to seeing him again. Ironic how attorneys are one of those things in life you hope you never need, but then thank God you know them - the moment you do. And there is no better than Bridgford, Gleason & Artinian. I wish Google had (6) stars available...

Being a fire victim with pre-existing conditions and all the meetings, there's just been way too fast. They've been somewhat helpful. But we reached the point or I've reached the point with my disabilities and other brochure. They do handle more than fire. They they take care of trusts and other related things like this also and with their last email. I could barely understand being too small/ it might take a little longer. I want to go back home to where I grew up in Santa Cruz, California ASAP and I know I need a special needs trust and when another person comes up and mentions the tax and I understand that you need to get a tax attorney and LLLP That's also a certified tax accountant and a certified financial planner. This is going to take a big chunk out of everything. And to another third or fourth party from the mainland. To get me back to Santa Cruz to where I grew up. I just came over here to spread my mother's ashes. To be with my father who is an Army ranger. And maybe it should go to the United States supreme Court and get it out of Hawaii and Maui since we have to deal with their policies and laws. And we're at war right now. And it's a very sad thing that my dad was one of the few of the brave; and after the fact was my friend's dad, America's best, attorney was known as Melvin bellai out of San Francisco. He was always a fair man and always helped The common person and the injured workers and never lost the case. And actually played in Star Trek. The guy in the wheelchair. I wish he was here but may he rest in peace 🙏😇 for all the good things that he have done and not make it so complicated than needs to be. Everybody wants to fast track. When I want the law to be served even if it involves a federal Rico as when the state prosecutor appointed and nominated by the two past administrations. Not a sitting state prosecutor. We've come to the point where it's now needs to be a federal recall and a federal prosecutor. That understands the Ada and human rights and the American civil Rights that they're in the equal here. And I do understand this will always be the kingdom of Hawaii. And I respect that. But I don't respect the bullying the fast-tracking the hatred by posing Red Cross and FEMA. Where they can barely write legibly and even spoke to the contracted maintenance people. C Martin group oh we only give you 30 minutes. This has been going on for months. Since you're just maintenance and not a real contracted plumber that could have it done in less than 30 minutes. You're making hundreds of thousands of dollars and millions of dollars possibly and billions of dollars ⚖️💯📛
