				Beware , this lawyer comes across as quite charming. However, there are a couple of things to keep in mind:



1. When you engage in a conversation with him, please be aware that he won't immediately reveal his hourly rate of $400. This situation can make you uncomfortable about not wanting to pay for his consultation at the end.



2. I provided him with a contract to review, and he requested a retainer before addressing any questions about the contract. Initially, I genuinely believe he didn't thoroughly examine it, as he missed a detail on the contract that I had to correct him about. Furthermore, his input on the matter amounted to essentially one sentence, something I could have easily found by searching online. This was information he had mentioned prior to even reviewing the contract itself.

				I have worked with a few attorneys in my lending career and none of them come close to the efficiency and expertise Brian Greenberg exhibits.  Mr Greenberg's specific expertise is condominium approvals for lending agencies (FHA, VA, etc).  I understand he also prepares organizational documents for new projects as well.



My review is limited to the scope of my engagements; getting complexes approved with the agencies.  Mr Greenberg has worked for those agencies and knows EXACTLY what they need to issue a complex approval.  He is quick, customer friendly, and knows how to analyze the documents an issue an opinion letter without making life difficult.



I HIGHLY recommend Brian Greenberg if you need to get a condominium complex approved with lending agencies.  I have yet to meet an attorney with his depth of knowledge and commitment to customer service
