If you choose to use this "attorney" you just as well be throwing your money out a window. I,a disabled person on a fixed income gave foley $5000. dollars because I thought I could trust him but instead of helping us he took our money, visited our son once in jail and told us all the WRONG things to do. Luckily our son did what the judge advised him to do and he was released in 6 days total from Montgomery county jail. Had we listened to foley or son would be still sitting in the California jail awaiting a court appearance.
We asked foley for an itemized statement on paper for his services...We got Nothing.
We asked for a case number, court docket anything pertaining to or sons case in California... we got NOTHING! And after receiving the money he refused to answer my calls or return my calls. He's a coward
He picks and chooses who to help. If he wasn't going to help us I why did he take our money. License to steal
