Then bill me for other so called law firms in my suit I never signed with I have registered mail proof I sent everything to your company. Highlighted notes filer broke but u claim it didn’t denotes had me do emergency surgery to remove filters case-was value $90000. U claim filter did not break, I can easly up load dr notes broke 3 pieces! U send us $25k after crazy fees. Where’s my $55k you never reached out to me my family to resolve anything. We recorded all conversation and every text email. Artificial Signature claiming I I agreed with other lawyers to join lawsuit, which I did not, and the spelling of my name is completely wrong. That’s how I know I did not sign it."

The absolute worst attorneys I've ever made the mistake of hiring. For 10 years, I haven't received 1 phone call from them about my case, not even to get basic information. I'm the idiot that actually had faith in them to do their jobs. I'm turning them into the California bar. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I did, they don't care about your case, constantly try to get you to accept the smallest amount so they can hit you with fees and move on to their next thievery from people that literally are so desperate for some kind of help. Writing a review for ongoing lawsuite for ther Bards Port lawsuit. If you are seeking for a attorney to help you through 1st steps of the lawsuite will highly recommend. Today is Christmas as I'm typing out the review and will follow up with other reviews as the Case moves foward. With medical bills and being totally disability not knowing the damages that after port migration causing Chemo being dumped into others areas of body which who knows damages down the road asking the Doctors what's going on and only answers was don't know.
