I have/had a critical illness policy that was “text book” for pay out. The legal asst. had the atty review everything and came back saying he was not able to help. I’m certain if he looked at it at all he saw the payout was only 15k, so since I never met the man or spoke with him I can only assume that his cut was not enough to make it worth his precious time. No reason given for not taking it strangely. I guess if it’s a big money suit then they will cater to you. Otherwise you don’t get to even meet “the boss” disaapointing….
