I would not recommend Quinn Stewart as a guardian ad litem based on my family’s experience. When my daughter was 15, Stewart spoke with her at school without informing us beforehand. I felt my daughter was pressured about what to say in court, and I did not believe her wishes were represented fairly. After the court proceedings, Stewart had little to no communication with my daughter. It felt as though my daughter was forgotten once the case was over. I was also concerned about the fees. Stewart billed at $325 per hour, and the court ordered both parents to pay a total of $20,000. The father paid $17,000 of that bill. In my experience, Stewart pursued payment from the father rather than both parents, despite the court order. The amount charged, combined with the lack of follow-up with my daughter, left me feeling that collecting fees took priority over her well-being. The custody arrangement later changed after Williamson County child protective services became involved and fixed everything that Quinn Stewart and the Marshall county court house ruined. Given everything that happened, I do not feel my daughter’s best interests were served.

Quinn Stewart is an excellent attorney. She is direct and always has your best interest as her priority. I would recommend her over ANY attorney in Lewisburg TN or the surrounding areas. If you want someone who isn't afraid to fight for her client then she is your only choice. Thank you Quinn for helping me and my girls. I will forever be thankful for you!!!
