Where to sadly start? David Ritter refused to answer emails or calls from a blood nephew contingent beneficiary to the Ricciardi family Will asking about the missing Will for my mother-in-law she told us about. I was deeply affected by the estate proceedings involving my late in-laws, and Mr. Ritter’s role as the drafting attorney has left me with serious concerns. In my view, there were material inconsistencies between his sworn court certification, the notarized affidavit filed with the probate court, and law enforcement records — including conflicting information about who was present when my father in law's will was signed and where it was signed with two completely contradictory accounts.

My mother-in-law (like a de facto Mum) Gemma Ricciardi, never met with Mr. Ritter after 2011, yet a draft will was prepared for her in 2022. She never signed it. I was also personally assured by my Mum that I would remain in my home of 13 years (that was all my monies) yet the probate outcome left me homeless when disabled and a domestic violence survivor. I have struggled to obtain legal representation as a result.

I believe Brach Eichler should have been more transparent in addressing these concerns, and that the contradictions in the official record deserve independent review. This has had a devastating impact on my life and disability leaving me homeless living in domestic violence shelters and staying in warming centers. I continue to seek answers in good faith
