I try not to give out completely bs reviews because everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt. But sitting here writing this review I'm ultimately raged and irritated. First off my husband has had this attorney for going on 2 years and not once has he laid eyes on him or has yet to even hear his voice. I would think that just like a doctor, being someone's voice of law you treat all your clients with the same respect and acknowledgement (it shouldn't matter if it's a personally hired case or a public defense case). We were sent a letter thru the mail with not only the wrong court date but also the completely wrong county and courthouse, which has cause confusion and chaos. The bail bondman not only has threatened to drop the situation but also send out the bounty hunter. All for something that wasn't our fault, we have tried several times to explain the situation, contact Mr. Fondling, and also request a 5 minute sit down which every attempt has failed miserably. Hopefully the receptionist that constantly assures us that she is 2nd in command but can't answer any of our questions can help us in person.
