Finding myself in a very precarious legal situation was not on my list of things to do, but luckily i stumbled upon Joshua Fabian and his team at Boyd law to help sort a very complicated situation out. I have never had any legal troubles in my life so this predicament and its complexities needed an expert to help me understand things like the rules of the uccjea , which ultimately kept my custody case in Georgia after my ex left the state and refiled for custody in California. Joshua had a plan from the beginning and kept it simple for me to understand. He and his staff were very responsive and kept me in the loop on things i needed to know. Joshua actually cared about my case and i could sense it from how he communicated with me and his genuine tone and concern that he spoke with. I believe how he communicated with the judge and presented my case professionally helped with our successful outcome. Joshua knew the ins and outs of my case and he organized and presented my case/evidence very skillfully. I cant thank Joshua, Monique and the rest of his staff enough for the help with one of the most confusing and difficult times in my life
