I was involved in a Civil and Probate lawsuit that lasted for 3 years. I retained Boyd Law Firm to represent me. Min Soo Ha(Boyd Law-Orange County) was appointed as my attorney. He did an outstanding job representing me during this difficult lawsuit. Min Soo Ha was personable and passionate about my case throughout the court proceedings, which put me at ease. He answered all my concerns and questions with great clarity and patience. I was informed of each step that would be presented in court. Min Soo Ha never missed a deadline or a court hearing. He returned all my phone calls and answered every email I sent to him. Min Soo Ha is a professional and experienced attorney. Thank you, Min, for your excellent attorney-client service. My son's attorney was matthew cadwell. His paralegal name was Aaron. Do not use this attorney!!! Gave him 5,000 for a retainer. My son's girlfriend didn't have an attorney and he billed us for talking 2 her giving him her very long sob story.. that's wat he did for 5000, dollars. Mr. Cadwell asked for another retainer 2 go to court. So I gave him anoer retainer, he did nothing!!! I asked him 2 give me an itemized statement of his fees. First told me he could email them only. I wanted it on paper to give to another attorney to review. Arron the rude paralegal said, he sent to an old address. I then spoke to his supervisor, he said, he will ask for Mr. Cadwell to call me back. No return phone call!!! This went on for 2 months according 2 my documentation trying 2 get a detailed list of where he spent my son's fee. I spoke with supervisor again, at least 4 times!! He told me to call aaron, his paralegal. He was extremely rude and told me that he could only send via email. After almost 3 months , I recieved the list of fees accrued, all it said was, 500 dollars for phone calls. Matthew cadwell said, if u want to go to court, I need more money. I finally, fired him. Boyd law is like a money pit!!! They don't care about you just care about more money. Don't use this lawyer, they took all my retirement savings and did absolutely nothing for my son. Crooks. A 5k rip off. They said they would go to court, they never did because they wanted more money for what they said they would do already. They also nit picked and charged 500$ for phone calls and even more for only 2 office visits. It dosnt cost thousands to do paperwork or hundreds for phone calls. Never filed paperwork for court and never went to court. I had to file on my own. Waste of time, money and frustration. Making more anxiety when thats what lawyers are not supposed to do. They took advantage of me and then dropped me when i couldnt pay them any more. Not doing what they said that they were gunna do. Liars who are only in it for the money. For such a supposed good law firm... Their office is very small and the mean male receptionist who sits at the front desk directing phone calls, is very rude and my lawyer was 2 faced. Beyond crappy so called lawyers who lie and get away with gouging their client with made up pricing. Any little excuse to charge the client when they are supoosed to be on my side. No. never again. Fight for me... They didnt. Being against me... They were. So not right and beyond unjust. Find a different and better law firm or do it yourself. Do not pick these naysayers!!!!
