Unfortunately Mr. Banda didn't do what I hired him to do. From day one I was clear to him on what I wanted and how I wanted to handle my case. It's almost like he ignored everything I said. Then he refused to return the money after he was fired. Mr. Banda didn't even represent me filing motions and trial. I understand Maine is a very corrupt state. But he blatantly stole and is refusing to give the money back. He's supposed to give an itemized receipt and the money was supposed to be kept in escrow. He did none of that. In fact he argued more about keeping the money then he put in effort arguing my case. Out of all the attorneys I've ever dealt with. He's been the biggest fraud. He's very good at lying and manipulating words. Other than that he doesn't have much experience doing anything. I would never hire this law firm or him ever again. That's strange Mr. Banda postponed my disposition hearing in March against my wishes and had it rescheduled for August. Clearly he should advocate for his clients that they haven't had their arraignment yet, if he's postponing their disposition hearing. Before my first bail hearing Mr. Banda didn't even meet with me to have any information to help me make bail. He was clueless. Made it the second time and he still hadn't met with me. They figured out that there is a few trials with some more severe crimes scheduled ahead of me. I think the secretary replies to these reviews and doesn't really know all information.
