While Atty Morrow and Atty Paul Kleinman are friendly and competent on eviction process, I wouldn’t recommend them due to lack of attention to detail and billing transparency practices. My case was time sensitive and all documents shared up front at time of initial consult yet Atty Morrow then went on vacation for a week where the week mattered. Senior counsel Kleinman also missed a major detail that I thankfully found and if I hadn’t, would have thrown my case out on a technicality. He also made some inappropriate comments about my attractiveness that was really odd. Maybe that’s why he missed the detail. My retainer was withdrawn from yet no invoices shared for over three months nor was my remaining retainer refunded without me asking. They also overcharged me and charged twice for reviewing documents yet did not take ownership of this billing error and told me they felt the fee they collected was “fair.” No client should have to micromanage their lawyer and this is what they require. Overall this firms level of professionalism is far below expectations. I will also be reporting their demonstration of mysterious billing practices to the NH bar association in hopes this firm gets the education, training and support to improve their competency. Clients put their trust in lawyers and this law firm is not one to trust.

I had some concerns about the LLC that I had made up with help of an account and decided to have Nicholas look at it. I was shocked at how unprotected I was. Nicholas spent the time to explain everything, and how we could protect ourselves better. Having piece of mind is everything to me. I have had a couple questions since Nicholas amended the LLC and he has always responded to them promptly and courteously.
