After some initial communication issues our experience with Chris Botti and his wife Nicole was great. They really care about their customers and it showed in the follow up and how they took care of things.
Much appreciated and I would recommend them highly .

We signed up with Botti And Morrison for a trust , in the interim we have had several questions and reached out multiple times by phone and email.
Absolutely no communication/ response from them .
If we did not have a commitment to them already I would not use them and it is concerning for any future communication that I’m sure we might need one day .

Total disappointment .

We received a mailer from Botti & Morison regarding estate planning. I had an existing trust but as life goes, it needed to be updated years ago. We attended the workshop that was offered by their firm. We were glad we went, we learned so much about estate planning and having a trust in place at this workshop that I had not been familiar with. We decided to get a joint trust established with Botti and Morison and they did an amazing job. Chris was attentive, sympathetic, professional, engaging, and most of all experienced with our concerns. I would recommend that all families have a trust in place and no better place to have it completed than Botti & Morison. You will have peace of mind that it was completed with a competent and experienced law firm. The cost was reasonable and competitive with other law firms we checked out. We are happy we chose them!
