Very poor communication and extremely unprofessional. I called the office multiple times regarding an urgent matter with a strict deadline that I clearly explained from the beginning. I was repeatedly told that the attorney would contact me “by the end of the day,” but that never happened. I completed and submitted everything they requested, and only later was I informed about an additional payment fee that was never mentioned beforehand or included in the form I filled out. Because of their delays and lack of communication, my deadline expired and I potentially lost a case worth thousands of dollars. I have the full email communication documented. I do not recommend this law office.
