Reached out to BORGE LAW FIRM, P.A. at 13499 Biscayne Blvd., Suite 106. Discussed the case with the handling attorney, Nilda Borges, ESQ. informing her that we were responding to the petitioner, but the case was closed in the court system. She claimed the case was open due to the $50 payment. I recommended contacting the clerk, as they are responsible for opening cases. However, she insisted that I handle this task. And go to the court house to file. I clarified that it was not my responsibility, and she became agitated and rude, hanging up on me. This law firm is not recommended. Continue to read her negative review apparently she is known for her rudeness.
