				We had an agreement via email, which is as valid as a verbal contract, for them to do some modest work for me at a flat fee. Before the afternoon was over, Mr Boppre's staff notified me that "Unfortunately we are unable to assist further with this."  Assist Further? They didn't even try to assist me at all. Confused, I asked several times by email why they made this decision. It was a simple legal matter. They declined to respond to my emails. I asked them if it was because I was a disabled American veteran and they also did not reply to that. I have very serious PTSD so I avoid using my phone unless absolutely necessary. I found them to be rude and unreliable. Not really a very good business model, Mr. Boppre.
