I call to settle and they lie to me on the phone telling me since a garnishment (that came out of nowhere with no actual fair warning) is in effect they cannot settle (mind you they even tried to charge me MORE than what my garnishment total is). I go to the courthouse as they instructed and they can't help me either but tge courthouse informed me that I am definitely able to settle it even though a garnishment is in place by reaching back out to the lawfirm. A bunch of crooked lawyers at this firm. They only want to profit from your struggling.
