				Children bringing law suits against parents is not an easy pill to swallow.  When this happened to me, I immediately contacted Mark Boon and Amy Miller.  For over 4 years Amy, Casey Goolsby fought hard, diligently, courageously, smart, loyally to the end.  The final settlement was fair to all parties involved.  Had it not been for Amy's and Casey's hard hard work, the out come would have been far from fair.



Many lawyers are not ethical and if one is found as a defendant, seeking a ethical attorney is of utmost importance.  The law should be followed ethically and ethically is another word for the Boon Law firm.

				Terminated for failure to perform or respond.



Our father passed in Feb 2023 and we hired Boon, in particular attorney Amy Miller, to handle the estate.  Nearly a year later she was still ignoring our requests for updates.  I fired her for failure to respond to requests for updates (made in approximately two week intervals).  In the final summation of charges, the firm had done about three hours work on the estate in just under a year.  



I do not recommend dealing with this waste of time.
