Was going to file bankruptcy, paid in full, was waiting months and she still wasn't ready to file, my husband passed away, so things changed and I ended up not filing at all. So I asked for some of my money back after we agreed she can negotiate one of my credit card debts down. After paying around $2,100 for the bankruptcy thing, I got a measly $100 back. What a slap in the face... I swear they found a way to use all my money even though I never filed in the first place... not to mention this could have been avoided if we would have just filed bankruptcy in the beginning... I was ready to file march 2025... then my husband passed in May of 2025. I understand things change but I was still waiting around forever on filing in the first place.. I was ready to go and they were dragging crap out... slowwww.. I don't reccomend them at all. Nice ladies but thier not professional. Not to mention I literally negotiated 4 credit cards myself in one day and paid them...1 day !!! Idk why things needed to be dragged out for months.. its ridiculous. Also I asked for my whole file back and they never even gave it to me....
