I had a horrible experience with this law firm and the attorney was Mr. David Comstock. I was driving home from the hospital with my wife who had just given birth. Some lady rear-ended us and admitted she was on Klonopin. She endangered her daughter and my family and caused us real harm. She already had insurance for high risk drivers, she was found at fault and I decided to sue her. Sounds like a piece of cake for any attorney. Mr. Comstock managed to royally screw up the case. We moved to a different state and I emailed his office and called repeatedly and was ignored 95% of the time. I wasn't able to transfer the case to another lawyer. He came back to me right before the state of limitations expired with a laughable settlement and just offered me to waive his fee, which I declined. He couldn't have hurt my interests more even if he worked for the other side's insurance! What a disgrace man. Shame on you, counselor
