Excellent attorney

Christine Mayhew is by far the best attorney anyone going through a divorce can choose to be on their side. She understands the complexities of the divorce process and is realistic in her approach. She can navigate a courtroom with professionalism and tact. My divorce was very contentious but Christine was there every step of the way. She explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and it showed that she truly wanted the best outcome for my case. She filed all the paperwork and kept me informed every time something happened or when I had to go to court, see a mediator, get documents for my case etc.. She reminded me what I had to do, where I had to be, whom to speak to, and when to be there. Before each court appearance, she met with me to explain what was happening and what my focus should be on (facts over emotions). In an otherwise tense situation, she was calm, collect, and very professional. She has a great reputation among other attorneys and court staff. She has worked with my child's Guardian and Litem (the GAL) and therapist to ensure that my child had everything they need in light of the stresses that a divorce gives. In all honesty, my divorce was never textbook or easy, but Christine not only knows the ins and outs of the legal process, but makes it a point to be professional, honest, and empathetic. No one can predict with certainty what will happen during the divorce process but she was ready for anything. She's a stand-up attorney and her firm is highly established and highly recommended. Don't waste your time on a lawyer who won't be as determined, experienced, or competent --you really need Christine in your corner. She's one of the best attorneys you could ask for, she's very reasonable, and she will fight for you.
