Had a probate case , went ok for a little while . The communication was poor and put the case into supervised when in the beginning Micheal told me other wise. He put the estate into supervised and didn’t even ask me. After all this I wanted to fix the supervised estate because I did not convent to it . Instead all i got told was it had to go that way when in fact it did not . After having the same issue he dropped me because I told his paralegal I’d think about keeping them as my lawyer . His paralegal is unprofessional am told Micheal I was being mean towards her when I wasn’t . Just because I disagreed did not equal disrespect at all . Micheal used this to drop the case causing more legal fees and frustration. I fully fee I was misrepresented, and was not done right. No an estate does not have to go into supervised .
