I desperately needed to find an Attorney that could practice in Washington and Idaho for family law litigation. Bolton law came up so I scheduled an intake interview. When I met with the firm they seemed very professional. I’ve had the pleasure of working Casey Kinross. She is extremely well versed in litigation pertaining to family law and helped me navigate the courts in both Idaho and Washington and was able to reach exactly the conclusion I wanted. While working with her I learned that Casey is also extremely knowledgeable in construction and property disputes which happened to be directly relevant to a separate matter a family member of mine was dealing with at the time. If you want little to no communication with a 2-6 day turn around on messages and literally no peace of mind with your divorce and custody situation, then I would definitely choose this place. They took no consideration into my paperwork and put little to no effort in and I had to push so hard for the tiny bits of effort they provided. They also made serious clerical errors on paperwork and after being threatened by my ex because “his attorney won’t make mistakes like mine will” I quickly found someone more effective and helpful for my situation.
